Introduction
SITE, Incorporated provides Civil Engineering and Traffic Engineering services in multiple states, Surveying services in Tennessee and Kentucky; assistance with Planning and Permitting through local Planning and Engineering agencies, state DOTs, environmental agencies, and Federal agencies; and Master Planning activities.
SITE, Incorporated has been involved with multiple Park, Office, Industrial, Institutional, and Commercial developments. SITE provides: site layout and master planning, site grading design, design of municipal utility extensions, design of stormwater drainage systems and municipal roadways, design of state highway improvements, and permitting within various levels of municipal and state agencies. Also, as necessary SITE, Incorporated facilitates and coordinates the property closing process with the legal team, permitting team, property owners, and the permitting agencies.
